Management

Most artists would rather work on their craft than balance their checkbook or negotiate tour contracts. On the management side of 102°, we oversee the day-to-day business affairs of our artists – the things that steal valuable time from them practicing their craft, such as financial and legal matters, marketing, booking, touring, publishing, production and the protection of our artists’ intellectual property.

We work with publicists and public relations firms tailored to increase our artists’ visibility. And we value fan management as a critical component in building an artists’ community. We are our artists’ advocate.

Touring

Touring is powerful. It connects fans to artists in a visceral way and has the potential to create a sense of tribe among fans. It can turn people into fans and fans into zealots – when it’s good. At 102°, we enable our artists to perform to the widest possible audience by working with respected booking agencies and connected promoters. We oversee sound and lighting plans and technicians to ensure that the fans get the best possible experience and while our artists’ talent shines. And because we know that the fans aren’t done when the show is, we hire talented professionals to create quality merchandise that supports artists as brands and fans as fellow tribe members.

Production

Production brings the artist’s work to the world. 102° provides end-to-end production services and management. From pre-production and professional training to recording, tracking, engineering, mastering, final product manufacturing and ultimately, online and physical distribution, we cover it all. Our network of professional relationships and dear friends include some of the industry’s most connected and strongest influencers. Name-dropping? Yeah, we can do it.

Publishing & Licensing

Glory is great, but you can’t pay your electric bill with it. 102° serves as an advocate and guardian to our artists, insuring that all songs are copyrighted and registered, royalties are tracked and paid, and intellectual property is protected.

We work with top-notch, recognized media outlets to ensure maximum distribution and exposure of our artists through Terrestrial Radio, Satellite Radio, Online Downloading and Streaming, Television programs and Film.
